We are proud to be able to offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. All of our clocks are guaranteed for two years to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty obligations of Classic Custom Clocks™ shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.
Due to our Free Design Service with No Obligation to Purchase in which you give final approval to the design, no returns are accepted on these customized orders (unless it is our error) as these items are made to your personal specifications and cannot be re-sold. When ordering please ensure that all information you supply is completely accurate. The two year guarantee on materials and workmanship does apply.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any product that is not personalized for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within
10 days of delivery of your purchase (preferably by e-mail). Product must
be returned in original, re-sellable condition and shipped in original packaging
within 30 days of receipt of the product (using the date of receipt recorded
on the confirmation of delivery).

All return costs will be the customer's responsibility. When the buyer returns
an item to us, it is recommended that he insure the item with the carrier. If we receive
returned merchandise that is damaged, the customer returning the merchandise
will be responsible for claiming the shipping damage with their shipping
carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that
are not insured - under no circumstances will we process a refund for such items.

The refund/exchange will be issued
to you, at our discretion, when we receive the returned item.

Shipping Damages |
Our products are packaged well
to ensure they arrive intact, but should the unforeseen happen we
would be happy to replace the item or refund your purchase price. Please
check your shipment as soon as it arrives and report any damages to us immediately
by e-mail, including a digital picture clearly showing the damage to both
item and container. The damaged shipment must be retained until the claim
is finalized in the event the insurer needs to inspect it. No refunds will
be made without proof of damage.
